Acer refreshes the Aspire TimelineX line-up of portable laptops, Sandy Bridge ahead [SPECS TABLE]

Acer today announced it is launching three refreshed notetbooks from the TimelineX series. The new 3830T, 4830T, and 5830T have a somewhat refreshed look and feel and still look as sleek as before.

Under the hood, some necessary changes have been made, namely the replacement of the old generation Intel Core processors with the new Sandy Bridge ones. As their model names suggest, the range is comprised of 13.3-inch , 14-inch and a 15.6-inch displays, all going for a 1366×768 resolution.

Naturally, the 13.3-inch netbook is the lightest weighing at just 1.86 kilograms, but also the cheapest amidst the three, costing $779, which is pretty reasonable, considering it’s packing an NVIDIA GeForce GT540M with 1GB DDR3 RAM.
